==discussion==
Temperatures are forecast to rise into the low thirties today for
much of central and Southeastern Alberta. Elevated humidity levels
will combine with the high temperatures to give humidex values of
40. The hot and humid conditions are expected to continue until mid
week, with humidex values forecast to be near 40 for many locations
again on Tuesday.

This will make for very uncomfortable conditions. It is advised to
stay in an air conditioned place or seek shade when possible, drink
Plenty of water and limit physical outdoor activity.

The heat and humidity are expected to break on Thursday with the
passage of a cold front.

This is an advisory that high humidex values are expected in these
regions. Monitor weather conditions and listen for updated
statements.
